Reggae Entertainer Ricardo Rhoden also known as Eyesus is one of Toronto’s most brilliant Artist, performer and song writer.

He was born on Daguilar Avenue off Waltham Park Road in Kingston, Jamaica. Eyesus has been performing on shows since he was 10 years old and was always admired as one of the best young entertainer. He immigrated to Canada from Jamaica in 2003 and as he launched onto the reggae scene, he was immediately accepted by fans his peers.

Journey Sound was launched in June of 2003 by Fada Zike aka Fabian. The Sound was originally coming out of the Jane and Finch community of Toronto, Canada. Since then we have relocated to Brampton, with four members. The make up of the strong Journey Sound team consists of, Blaze, Dj O’Neil, Docta Fresh and Fada Zike. Although the original sound is based in Canada we have a partnering sound in Islington, St. Mary, Jamaica.

Sizzla Kalonji is one of the most prolific leaders of the conscious Reggae dancehall movement. Emerging in the latter half of the 90s, he helped lead dancehall back to the musical and spiritual influence of roots reggae and heavily Rastafarian subject matter. He was born Miguel Collins on April 17, 1976 in St Mary and was raised in the community of August Town by devout Rastafarian parents. The 1980s witnessed a dancehall explosion, and with the music came the lifestyle.

Three friends David Anthony Harrisingh, Crag Serani Marsh, Craig Andrew Harrisingh came together and started a production group called DASECA Productions in 2001. DA (David Anthony) –SE (Serani)-CA (Craig Andrew) was originated through the initials of first and middle names of each member.

Mighty Crown was founded in 1991 by friends from Yokohama, Japan. Mighty Crown gradually got their fame by playing at clubs and by selling self-produced mix tapes throughout Japan. After building their sound system(movable speaker boxes) in 1994, they started clashing with other Japanese sound systems and became the undisputed and undefeated sound clash champion in Japan (1998). Since then, they have been influencing and leading the whole dancehall scene in Japan.

Behind the name Musical Mix is a man filled with an entrepreneur spirit that drives him to put mix tapes out weekly. Born in Trinidad & Tobago and then migrated to the United States in the early 90’s, Marlon carried his skills with him. It all began during the late 80’s when he desired to be a part of the turn table era having the love for Music. He placed his first touch on Numark Turntables, not too many DJ’s acquired the skills to play on these equipments.Marlon came to New York and joined the number one Dj team best known as “Foreign Base”. From then on he met his friends making a name for themselves known as “Musical Mix”.
